It has been scientifically proven that regular practice of yoga and / or meditation directly affects our ability to process stress, be more creative and juggle the challenges of life in the 21st century.
The constant bombardment of information into our brains through social media, on-demand (and often intrusive!) technology and that pressure to ‘do all-of-the-things’ can leave our brain and nervous system frazzled.
Yoga and meditation help our nervous system to reset, clear and rebalance, particularly the critically important Vagus Nerve which connects our brains to our gut (our ‘second brain’) and our entire nervous system.
Even short sessions of 10-20 minutes can bring about huge benefits in our body and mind, and are invaluable in our workplace to take us from ‘fight or flight’ anxiety to ‘I’ve got this-let’s go!’
