Gentle yoga classes aim to meet you where you’re at.
They are great for increasing strength and flexibility, creating body awareness and reducing stress and anxiety.
Where possible you are provided with options so you can choose what variations feel right in your body.
Yoga when done gently can not only be preparation for meditation but a moving meditation or mindfulness practice. In contrast to our fast-moving society which wants you to move fast and remain in your head you are given the opportunity to slow down and be present.
This allows people to tune in to their inner wisdom, body awareness rather than tune out.

I would love to work one-to-one with you on a yoga and mindfulness program that will suit you. This can also be tailored to the needs of your dosha (ayurvedic body type) if you know it.
