Hi I am Stephanie. I have been practising yoga and meditating for almost 30 years and teaching yoga for 10 years. Based on my experience that group yoga does not fit all including the less flexible, I have chosen to concentrate on a gentle and mindful hatha yoga practice that meets you where you are at.
